I have been cooking for over 20 years.  I have worked 15 years in Education, and always brought all kinds of food in for my colleagues to enjoy.  I recently moved to another state, resigned from Education and started my Personal Chef business.  Fortunately I have had a wonderful husband who has supported me 100 percent all the way.

Most of my cooking skills has come from my mother.  She is from the South, and has always cooked with a southern flare.  Her Aunt was a Personal Chef, so I believe its in the blood.

I then attended Culinary Art classes to brush up on my skills and received my certificates.

I am also a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association.
